Cheryl and Carrie are Parson Russell Terrier enthusiasts in Hadley, Michigan. We are both members of the PRTAA as well as charter members of Great Lakes Parson Russell Terrier Club (GLPRTC). Cheryl is the GLPRTC's secretary and Carrie is a Board Of Directors member and the Public Education coordinator for the club. We have had Russells as pets since 1995, began showing in 2003, and breeding in 2006.

Buddy was our first Russell, bought from a local hunt breeder. He was never shown in conformation, but he was an avid hunter of groundhog and an excellent childhood companion, growing up with Carrie. In 2003 we acquired our first show dog, Nash, from Mary Strom of Snow Wind kennels in Carlton, Oregon. Nash has been a great show dog and has been very successful in the ring. Both Nash and Buddy participate in earthdog.

For two years Carrie competed in Junior Showmanship with Nash. She has since aged out and is now attending Michigan State University for a degree in photography.

We live on a 78 acre farm in southeast Michigan. In addition to Russells, we also breed and raise black Angus beef cattle. We maintain a herd of about 20-30 cattle depending on the season.
